The EAA Berlin organized on December 10th a focus group in English titled “Making Inclusion Visible”.
The primary goal was to identify the needs and challenges related to disability inclusion processes at international, English-speaking companies.
Representatives from well-known multinational companies with offices in Berlin responded to our call.
The exchange of valuable experiences took place in a motivating and friendly atmosphere, with a focus on future collaboration and potential joint projects.
A complex and fruitful discussion began on how to better support international companies in future EAA consultations, considering the specifics of bureaucratic processes and non-German-speaking stakeholders.
We look forward to making further efforts to support companies in securing more employment opportunities for people with disabilities coming from abroad!
